Nicole Richie and her budding baby bump were spotted going to a birthday party with her partner Joel Madden in West Hollywood, CA on Monday. The couple, who are already parents to 14-month-old daughter Harlow Winter Kate, are expecting their second child in late August/early September.

Nicole's style has been described as "sweet" and "charming." The expectant mom, who recently launched her own jewelry line, revealed that she's "always loved fashion," and is particularly inspired by the styles of 60s and 70s. However, she prefers not to relive the 80s. “I don’t have a great relationship with the ’80s. I look back on what I was wearing then and I am so embarrassed," she admits. "I blame my mom!”
