Update: Looks like it’s official! People is reporting that sources close to Heidi and Seal have confirmed that they’re expecting a baby in the fall.

Rumor has it that model mom Heidi Klum is expecting her fourth child.
E! is reporting that Heidi, who has sons Henry, 3, and Johan, 2, with her husband Seal and daughter Leni, 4, from a previous relationship, is already almost 4 months along!
There's been no official confirmation just yet from Heidi or Seal, but the Project Runway host did tell Redbook last summer that their family wasn't complete just yet, saying, "So many people say, 'I am so done.' That hasn't come out of my mouth, and it hasn't come out of Seal's mouth either. I feel like we still have one coming."
Heidi, 35, and the kids were spotted enjoying a day out in New York yesterday, stopping at FAO Schwarz toy store as well as indoor playground City Treehouse.

I KNEW IT! There was a picture on here last week of her and her children at the airport, and I even said "She looks pregnant!".
I thought so too! I hope it's another girl for Leni to play with.
Why do you always specify that Leni is from a previous relationship? Seal is her legal father. She is their child. Kristin Chenoweth just made a public plea for people to stop referring to children as adopted children. I completely agree. Leni is no less Seal's child than she is Heidi's.
It would be nice for Leni to have a sister to team up with against the boys! Every girl deserves a sister. But boy or girl I'm sure the baby (if there is one) will be as gorgeous as the other kids.
I hope this is true, they have a beautiful family
