Pregnant Nicole Richie was spotted with her 15-month-old daughter Harlow making a stop at the local Starbucks. Harlow was as cute as ever as mom got her out of the car seat. Dad is newly-blonde rocker, Joel Madden. Nicole and Joel are expecting their second child in late August/early September.

    This little girl is seriously one of the most adorable babies I have ever seen. She is SO SO SO precious!!
