Atonement star James McAvoy and his wife Anne-Marie Duff are looking forward to diaper duty.
James, 30, and Anne-Marie, 38, will be celebrating their 3rd wedding anniversary later this year. “I’m not putting it off,” she says of motherhood, “But unfortunately bodies don’t work that way.”
Both actors, the UK couple have enjoyed great success in their careers in recent years. James starred opposite Keira Knightley in 2007’s Atonement and was nominated for a Golden Globe for his role in the highly acclaimed film The Last King of Scotland, and Anne-Marie has been nominated for several British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards.
Though there’s no baby news just yet, Anne-Marie isn’t complaining about trying to conceive. “Of course, I enjoy sex. I have nerve endings. I mean, who doesn’t?” she says, before adding, “Well, I suppose if you have five kids you might not.”
