Harlow Madden Rests On Mom's Bump

An expectant Nicole Richie was photographed in Los Angeles with her 1-year-old daughter Harlow Winter Kate and her growing baby bump. Harlow rested on mom's bump as the duo ran errands in sunny LA.

Nicole, 27, and her partner, Joel Madden, 30, are expecting their second child in late August/early September. The couple created The Richie-Madden Children's Foundation providing general and program grants to nonprofit organizations in the USA and abroad primarily in the areas of healthcare, education and human rights. On their official Web site, Nicole and Joel state, "We hope our support will shine a spotlight on important issues facing children and will inspire and educate the public, especially young people, to get involved."
