A Kiss For Harlow

Harlow Winter Kate Madden, 16 months, got a smooch from mom Nicole Richie while playing at the park in Los Angeles on Wednesday (May 13).

Little Harlow will be a big sister soon! Nicole and Joel are due with baby No. 2 in August.
