Melissa Joan Hart Reveals Her New Bikini Body

Mom-of-two Melissa Joan Hart shows off her bikini body on the cover of the new issue of People.

The former Sabrina, The Teenage Witch star tells the magazine that it took her over a year of hard work and healthy eating to shed 42lbs of post-pregnancy weight and get down to her new 113lb figure.

"It didn't happen by magic – it was as hard for me as it would be for anyone else," she says.

Melissa, who is mom to boys Mason, 3, and Braydon, 14 months, had a strong support system as she worked to lose the weight, including her friend – and fellow fit mom – Jaime Pressly.

"She finally took the time to take care of herself. I'm blown away by how amazing she looks,” praises Jaime, who is mom to son Dezi, 2.

What prompted Melissa to get into such great shape? In part it was her mom Paula, who has 7 kids and “is tiny!”

“I realized I didn't have to be heavy just because I have kids,” Melissa tells People.

Melissa, who admits to reading blogs criticizing her weight, says she feels “amazing” now. "Everyone still thinks I'm huge," the 33-year-old reveals. "But I'm not anymore!"

And lurking in the corner of this week's People is none other than..... Kate Gosselin! Speaking of how lonely her life is with only 8 kids. Bleh. I wish Jon and Kate would disappear.

Congrats to Melissa Joan Hart though!

Melissa looks gorgeous as always!! (I never thought she looked bad or "fat" anyway) But I am soooo tired of hearing about Jon and Kate. How convenient their marriage problems arise when the new season of their show starts. Ugh (eye roll). So pathetic!

She looks great ! The "horrifying" photo, like she said, is not that unflattering, I mean few after having a baby...it is perfectly normal !!
She worked out a lot and now she deserves to be back in her pre-baby shape, congrats ;)
