Any moment now! Due this week with her baby girl, a very pregnant Kelly Rutherford was spotted strolling the streets in West Hollywood after a lunch date with Marcia Cross on Tuesday afternoon.

The Gossip Girl star, 40, is also mom to son Hermés, 2 ½, with estranged husband Daniel Giersch.
