Kelly Rutherford Welcomes Baby Girl - Helena Grace

Update: It's Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch, she was born at 9:20 pm weighing in at 8 lbs. 12 oz. "Kelly and the baby are doing just fine," her rep tells Life & Style.

Congratulations to Gossip Girl, Kelly Rutherford who gave birth to her second child, at 10pm June 8th in Los Angeles reports Radaronline.com. Baby girl Rutherford, whose name has yet to be released, joins 2-year-old brother, Hermes.

Kelly and her soon to be ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, have been battling over custody of their first child since filing for divorce last year. He was not present at the birth.

German newspapers report, that no one told him, that she gave birth, the first time he heard it was from a german magazine, who phoned him.

He also told the magazine, that he takes care of their son since some days, so that Hermes can still have the full attention that he needs. Daniels mother stays with them.

Phew, what a beautiful normal name! thought she will name her Gucci Saint Dior or some sort :-). On another note, its really sad that the father wasnt even present during the birth..guess they cant put aside the bitter divorce settlements.
