Marcia, Eden & Savannah's Sunny Stroll

Marcia Cross had her hands full as she took her 2-year-old twins Eden and Savannah for a walk this afternoon.

The Desperate Housewives star, who was recently named a Stand Up To Cancer celebrity ambassador by the Entertainment Industry Foundation, made sure she and the girls kept their hats on to shield themselves from the California sun.

Marcia, Eden and Savannah were spotted out on a trip to the mall earlier this week with dad Tom Mahoney.
