Jennifer Garner and her 3-year-old daughter Violet traded in their rain gear for sunglasses today as they headed out on a morning coffee run in Boston.

The mother-daughter duo - and 5-month-old sister Seraphina, too - are often spotted out and about in Boston these days as dad Ben Affleck is in town filming The Company Men.
