Tobey Maguire was spotted with his 2 1/2-year-old daughter, Ruby Sweetheart, and a friend in Los Angeles on Sunday (June 14).

Tobey and his wife Jennifer Meyer just welcomed their second child, a boy (whose name has yet to be announced) on May 8.

Look for Tobey in, Brothers, co-starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Natalie Portman which hits theaters December 2009.
