She looks fabulous! Just four weeks after giving birth to her daughter Helena Grace, Kelly Rutherford was seen stopping off at the Urth Caffe in Beverly Hills on Monday (July 6).
Kelly and her soon to be ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, have been battling over custody of their first child, 2 1/2-year-old son Hermés, since filing for divorce last year. Daniel was not present at the birth of their daughter.
