Naomi Watts & Her Blue-Eyed Boy

She's okay! After falling down the steps of her aircraft and being pushed in a wheelchair upon her arrival in Rome, Naomi Watts was spotted looking healthy and happy as she put her youngest son, Kai, 7 months, into his stroller in Naples, Italy on Sunday (July 19).

Naomi and her partner, Liev Schreiber, were spotted dining on pizza as they took pictures of their elder son Sasha, who turns 2 on Saturday, and cuddled with Kai during their Italian vacation.

Every time we sneak a peek of little Kai, it's overseas! Our first clear glimpse of the youngest Schreiber boy was half-way across the world in Israel.
