Angelina Jolie & Maddox: From London To LA

Angelina Jolie waved at the paps as she arrived at LAX Airport in Los Angeles hand and hand with her son Maddox, who turns 8 next month, after returning from her connecting flight in London earlier today (July 24). The mother-son duo looked cool in their shades, and Angie looked ready for the warmer LA weather in her flip flops.

Her handsome partner Brad Pitt, and their five other children - Pax, 5 1/2, Zahara, 4, Shiloh, 3, and 1-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - were not with the stylish mother-son duo.

The 34-year-old UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency) Goodwill Ambassador went to Iraq to bring awareness of displaced people within the country (approximately 3 million) and outside of Iraq (approximately 1.5 million). The Lara Croft: Tomb Raider star spent quality time with four special families who were displaced from Abu Ghraib.
