Peter Andre is taking legal action over a comment made by his estranged wife Katie Price in a televised interview The Press Association reports.
Katie (a.k.a. Jordan) appeared on GMTV to promote her new book Sapphire. When asked if her husband had been faithful during their marriage, the 31-year-old author replied, "As far as I know I think he was faithful."
The 36-year-old music producer and singer took offense to this statement and his lawyer confirmed he is taking action over the comment.
Shortly after their split, Andre wrote the following statement in his column for New! magazine: "I can hold my head up high and say I've been 100% faithful throughout my marriage and still am. And any reports suggesting otherwise are totally hurtful and false."
While launching Sapphire at London store Selfridges, Price said, "It's my 32nd book I've got out so I'm really proud. It's a good read, a good summer read like all my others. I've got a style book coming out in October and even if you can't read it's a good book, it's got lots of pictures."
Katie and Peter have two children together: Junior, 4, and Princess Tiaamii, 2. Peter is also actively involved with Katie's son, 7-year-old Harvey.

I think Peter is overreacting about this. Katie said "I think". It's not like she came right out and said she knew he was cheating or something.
This seems just like a senseless legal action.
