Brooke Burns and her 9-year-old daughter Madison Elizabeth were spotted at a Party America store in Burbank picking up balloons for a birthday party. Dad is Brooke’s ex-husband Julian McMahon of the TV show Nip/Tuck.
The 31-year-old actress and former Baywatch star broke a bone in her neck in November 2005 after diving into her pool. A friend, an ex-firefighter, found her, stabilized her neck, and called 911. As a result of her injury, she has a titanium fusion in her neck comprising a plate, rod, and ten screws.
