Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves: Livestrong!

Livestrong! Matthew McConaughey and his expectant partner Camila Alves were spotted cheering on their friend Lance Armstrong at the Tour de France in Paris, France on Sunday (July 26). Matthew and Camila's adrorable 1-year-old son, Levi, was not spotted with his parents.

Later that evening, the gorgeous duo were spotted at at a Livestrong party following the end of the Tour de France. The Livestrong charity encourages people to develop and maintain self-advocacy skills while living with cancer: "We believe everyone has the power to make their life better. Our members are people who want to take responsibility and give 100 percent to achieve everyday victories to help themselves and then help others."

Seven-time winner Lance Armstrong, 37, finished third behind his Astana team-mate on his return to the world-famous race for the first time since 2005. The father of four says that the new Tour de France champion Alberto Contador is so good the 26-year-old Spaniard would have beaten him in his own heyday.
