Kelly Rutherford stepped out for a good cause yesterday with her 7-week-old daughter Helena Grace.

The Gossip Girl star and her baby girl joined Kelly Ripa and others at the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund's 12th annual Super Saturday in Water Mill, NY.

Kelly, who split last year from her husband Daniel Giersch, is also mom to 2-year-old son Hermes.
