Mommy-to-be Ellen Pompeo was spotted returning home after her pilates class this afternoon (August 15) in Los Angeles, CA.

The 39-year-old actress recently revealed that she is expecting a baby girl in October.

This will be the first child for Ellen and husband Chris Ivery who wed in November 2007.
