An expectant Ellen Pompeo was spotted leaving her Hollywood home on Thursday (August 20) alongside husband, record producer Chris Ivery.

The 39-year-old Grey's Anatomy star recently revealed that she is expecting a baby girl in October.

This will be the first child for Ellen and Chris who wed in November 2007.
