Busy mom Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted out in New York this morning with her 6-year-old son James Wilke. The always stylish actress was wearing a T-shirt promoting Fashion’s Night Out. The event – aimed at celebrating fashion and restoring consumer confidence – will take place tonight in cities around the world.

SJP, who welcomed twins Marion and Tabitha with her husband Matthew Broderick in June – has been back to work these days reprising her role as Carrie Bradshaw in the second Sex and the City film.
