It's Sofia Coppola's 2 1/2-year-old daughter Romy Mars!
The multi-talented Sofia Coppola and Stephen Dorff were spotted walking in SoHo with a friend and Romy on Sunday (September 13). Romy's dad is Thomas Mars of the French rock band Phoenix.
The 38-year-old film director, actress, producer and screenwriter won an Academy Award for best original screenplay for the 2003 movie Lost in Translation.

I know that little girl is not Matilda. First Matilda is 4 she have brown hair and brown eyes. Nor is apple martin she is 5-year-old with longer blond hair. The little girl is around 2 or so.
