Suri Cruise Covers Ears During Beyonce's Concert

Beyonce's opening concert in Australia had a couple of surprise attendees last night!

To celebrate her last day of shooting Don't be Afraid of The Dark, news.com.au reports that Katie Holmes took her 3-year-old daughter Suri to the opening night of Beyonce's concert on Tuesday (Sept. 16).

After deciding against viewing the show from the private box of the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, the mother-daughter duo sat in the roped off area within the general admission section. The two were happy and gracious enough to pose for pictures with thrilled fans.

During Beyonce's opening number Crazy In Love, Suri covered her ears with her hands and buried her head into her mother's shoulder in order to hide from the flashing lights.

Reportedly, Katie took a brief break and returned a little while later with Suri wearing sound proof earmuffs.

The mother and daughter duo are about to leave Australia after their 2 1/2 month stay and return to their home in New York this weekend. I'm sure they are both excited to be reunited with papa, Tom Cruise, who was spotted over the weekend attending the NASCAR event in Virginia with big brother Connor.

It is understood that Holmes will spend the rest of this week attending post-production commitments on her upcoming film.
