Victoria's Secret model, Karolína Kurková, and and her fiancé Archie Drury were spotted strolling in NYC on Friday (September 18). The couple are expecting their first baby - a boy! - this fall.

Karolína's not the only Victoria’s Secret Angel with a baby on the way - Heidi Klum, Gisele Bündchen and Adriana Lima are all expecting as well.
