Courtney Thorne-Smith and her gorgeous 20-month-old son Jacob 'Jake' Emerson Fishman were spotted grocery shopping at Whole Foods in Brentwood, CA on Saturday (Sept. 19).

The 41-year-old actress is best known for portraying Alison Parker on Melrose Place, Georgia Thomas on Ally McBeal, and Cheryl on According to Jim. Reportedly, Courtney left Ally McBeal due to the extreme and unrealistic pressures to be ultra thin.
