What a cute family! Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer Maguire took a stroll through West Hollywood with their two children - Ruby Sweetheart, who turns 3 in November, and Otis Tobias, 4 months - on Sunday (September 20).

We just saw Jennifer with Ruby and Otis heading to a birthday party on Friday.

IMAX Corp. and Columbia Pictures has just announced that the highly-anticipated Spider-Man 4 film will be released to IMAX theatres on May 5, 2011.
