Britney Spears & Kevin's Custody Order Extended

The custody order which was originally put into place for Britney's Circus tour will continue until the end of this year reports TMZ. The L.A. County Superior judge, extended the order which allows Britney Spears to a minimum of 50/50 custody, or more at times. The pop star is also allowed to travel with sons Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3, providing she arranges accommodations for ex-husband Kevin Federline if he chooses to accompany them.

Kevin, 31, who was given sole custody of the boys last year due to Britney's hospitalization, will receive $20,000 a month in child support as well as an additional $20,000-$25,000 when his boys travel outside California.

The judge will be reevaluating the custody arrangement at the end of the year.

A noticeably heavier Federline will be appearing on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club. His ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, former Baywatch star Nicole Eggert and singer Bobby Brown will be joining him on the show.
