Report: Jude Law Requests DNA Test

Jude Law has refused to see his newborn daughter Sophia until a DNA test proves he is the father, contact music reports.

Aspiring actress Samantha Burke just gave birth to baby Sophia on Tuesday (Sept. 22) after a brief romance with Jude earlier this year while he was filming Sherlock Holmes in New York.

Law had publicly vowed to “be a fully supportive part of the child’s life,” but new claims say he is not planning to see baby Sophia until he has DNA evidence:

“Jude is still very cautious about Sam and Sophia. Until he is 100 per cent certain she is his daughter he is only communicating through lawyers,” a source says. “If he is the father he will meet his obligations to the child. He’s hoping for an early chance to establish that he is genuinely her dad.”

I would too if I were him! She obviously is a fame whore, who’s out for money. “Aspiring actress” my butt. She’s just looking for a paycheck and may have found one, unfortunately for him and the child.

If this report is valid, I think he should have waited to have the test done before he promised any kind of support. That was putting the cart before the horse, in my opinion.

If I were him I would do the same. And if he indeed is the father I would legally seek for sole custody. This woman seems so sketchy. I googled her to see in what movies or theatre plays she’s been in since she calls herself an actress. Apparently none. All I found is a website she set up a few weeks ago where her only topic seems to be her pregnancy. So much for “I want privacy”.
