Christina Milian's Baby Blues

In a funky blue dress, an expectant Christina Milian hosted an evening at Tabu in the MGM Hotel in Las Vegas on Friday (October 2). Although we knew of her pregnancy, the 28-year-old singer-songwriter publicly confirmed her baby news at the event last night:

"My husband and I are expecting," she told PEOPLE Friday night. "We're about four and a half months along, about 19 weeks." She added, "We're really excited."

Christina said they're keeping mum on the sex of the baby.

The pregnancy confirmation comes less than a month after Christina and The-Dream were wed in Vegas. According to the AM to PM singer, their quickie wedding was planned all along. "Honestly, it was kind of planned," she said. "We were engaged for many months."
