Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford toted her adorable 4-month-old daughter Helena Grace during a shopping trip to Barney's New York on Madison Avenue yesterday (October 11). What a doll!

The newly single mom - she and her husband Daniel Giersch split late last year - also has son Hermés, who will be turning 3 this week. Happy birthday to him!
