No baby bump in sight just yet, but expectant mom Celine Dion looked lovely as she was photographed outside of her New York hotel yesterday (October 13).
This is our first glimpse of the 41-year-old I'm Alive singer since she announced her pregnancy back in August. Celine and her husband René Angélil are expecting a baby brother or sister for their 8-year-old son René-Charles in May.

How far along is she? They announced it in early August so she had to be at least 3 months so that would make her almost 6 months, 5 at the least..there is no belly??
Umm, I don't think she waited 3 months to tell everybody like most celebs do. I believe I read back in August that she was too excited to keep it a secret. She is only 3-4 months along.

Anonymous - I don't think they waited three months to share the news, it seemed like they announced it right away. I'm also due in May and I'm 3 months along, so I'd guess she's around the same. :)
No Carloyn you are right, they didn't not wait three months. She found out on August 17th and it was announced on August 18th. It had to be announced so soon because Celine basically let the cat out of the bag, she found out she was pregnant while shopping for her son Rene Charles, to buy him a hat and she became very pale and had to sit down but then became very exicted and started to shout "I'm pregnant! I'm pregnant!" her friend and reporter Julie Snyder confirmed that this did actually happen and then when Celine told her mother, Therese was in a grocery store and was shouting excitedly about the pregnancy and another person in the store heard and called a Canadian radio station and it was announced on the radio. It wasn't confirmed until the next day though despite the rumors on the radio.
It was confirmed by her publicist Francine Chaloult it said this 'Yes she's pregnant. Everybody is very, very excited! Rene is very happy! Céline wanted another baby and was hoping she would get pregnant. She is due in May. Céline and Rene are crazy in love over the news' Celine is two months along or about twelve weeks or so into the pregnancy I believe if I did the math right.
I believe that they have said that the frozen embryo was a girl, back when she had her son.
It's funny how the title says "Mom-To-Be" haha, she is already a mother lol

No there was no mention the embryo being a girl. They don't know and they won't till Celine is about four months into the pregnancy. Right now she's only two months maybe two and a half months along.

I'm so thrilled for them. I'm due mid-November and know first-hand what an exciting and special time this is for them. She deserves a world of happiness. There are so few people out there like her, who are genuinely good and kind and a wonderful role model. And is it just me? Or does she always look stunning? You can tell she's comfortable in her own skin, and she has fabulous taste. This baby is lucky to have her for a mother and I bet Rene-Charles is thrilled, too!!

Wow Céline looks amazing. I think she's going to have another boy and I bet in a couple of months her belly will start to appear, it's too soon now.
I hope she has a girl and I wish her the best of luck and love in whatever she does. I hope she remembers that I will always be their supporting her not physicaly of course but you guys know what I mean.
