Angelina Jolie Is A "Semi-Homemade Mommy"
TV chef Sandra Lee has a very famous fan in mom-of-six Angelina Jolie.
"I was really surprised when her friend let me know she made my No Bake birthday cake," the host of the Food Network's Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee tells People. "She's a Semi-Homemade mommy just like the rest of us!"
Sandra gives the hands-on mom plenty of credit for actually making the treat - "a store-bought white sheet cake, topped with a plain white round cake and then surrounded by cupcakes and pre-decorated cookies" - for her oldest son Maddox's birthday in August instead of just hiring a caterer to do it for her.
"She's a very busy, overextended mother. I'm very proud not just that she made my cake but that someone of her stature isn't delegating these [tasks], like her children's birthday, to other people."

Give me a break! She may have done this by herself but she does not take care of all those kids by herself! She is a celebrity, she has help...these are so silly..I have twins and I know what it's like with two kids, let alone other older siblings. She is not a Godess, she is someone who is famous and has a lot of help. Give a break, please!

First off did you really read this article, because if you did you would have read that Sandra Lee said that she was surprised that Angelina Jolie would take the time and make a birthday cake for her son on his special day and not just hiring a caterer to do it for her? Not once in this story did Sandra Lee say that Angelina Jolie did not have help with taking care of her kids or that she cook every meal by herself. Would you be more willing to believe the story were true if it was about someone like Jennifer garner? Because I’m pretty shore she has help to. FYI Angelina Jolie has said before that she like to make her kids cakes on their birthday.
Angie has spoken about having nannies , tutors and assistants in the 2008 Vanity Fair interview. Calm down ,the lady was referring to her taking 15 minutes to make a semi home made cake.

I'm not a fan of Angie's, but I do know what the lady was saying. Yes, she did not bake it but its the thought of putting your own special thought that counts.
Guess what. I'm not rich and famous and I buy my birthday cakes. Give the lady credit when its due.
