Former Dawson's Creek star Michelle Williams and her daughter Matilda, who turns 4 on Wednesday, were spotted arriving at JFK airport in New York City on Saturday (October 24).

The 29-year-old Oscar-nominated actress recently reflected on the loss of Matilda's father, her ex-fiancé Heath Ledger.

I just don't see the upside to this. You console yourself by saying it's all a deepening process. But it's weird. After the first year, the pain is less intense; it's less immediate.
