Helen Hunt and her daughter, 5-year-old Makena Lei Gordon Carnahan, were spotted out and about in Santa Monica yesterday (November 2). Oops! Looks like someone forgot their sunglasses!

Makena is Helen’s only child with writer and producer Matthew Carnahan. The couple has been together since 2001.

Helen, 46, is best known for her seven year stint on the sitcom Mad About You which aired from 1992-1999.
