He’s all grown up! Meg Ryan and her 17-year-old son Jack were seen leaving a doctor’s office in Santa Monica on Monday (November 2). Jack’s father is Meg’s ex-husband, Dennis Quaid.
Jack has three half-siblings. Meg is mom to 4 1/2-year-old daughter Daisy and Dennis is dad to twins Thomas and Zoe -who turn 2 on Sunday – with wife Kimberly Buffington.
