Benjamin Bratt and wife Talisa Soto were spotted out shopping with their 4-year-old son Mateo Bravery at Whole Foods in Santa Monica on Thursday (November 12). The couple are also parents to 6 1/2-year-old daughter Sophia Rosalinda.

The 45-year-old Miss Congeniality star is set to guest-star on ABC's hit comedy, Modern Family. It was just announced that Bratt will return as Detective Reynaldo Curtis on Law & Order.
