Deborra-Lee Furness & Her Stroller Sweetheart

Hugh Jackman’s wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, and their beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Ava, were spotted out for a stroll in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (November 24).
The mother daughter duo were both wearing their winter jackets while Ava, who is usually on the move, was sitting pretty in her stroller.
Earlier this week, Hugh and his wife were seen with both of their children – Ava, and her 9-year-old brother, Oscar – as they made their way to a birthday party.

Isn't Ava a little old to be in a stroller? It looks like it's barely containing and holding her.
I dont think there is anything wrong with a 4 year old being in a stroller.
My sister who is about to turn 9 was in a stroller up until she was 7 years old. And we only did that because it was either stroller or carry her. But Ava does look a little big for the stroller. I think the only reason my parents allowed it was because she still fit in it. She is almost 9 and not even 50 pounds yet.
I'm not asking this to be rude, but I'm just curious - why would a 7 year old need a stroller, or be carried? Does she have a disability that makes it difficult to walk? Again, not trying to be rude or mean. Since I'm used to seeing children as young as 3 walking to school, a 7 year old in a stroller made me literally raise an eye brow.
Exercise aside, city people walk more (and longer distances) than others. When I lived in the suburbs, I could usually drive door to door for anything. When I moved to the city, I had to buy scarf, gloves, and hat because I would walk to and from the subway, or three blocks to a shop, etc. My little one just didn't want to walk that far and back.
