Kate Hudson Takes Son To The Cirque

It looks like Kate Hudson and her 5 1/2-year-old son Ryder Robinson are Cirque du Soleil fans! The mother-son duo took in a performance yesterday evening on the Santa Monica pier (November 24).

The Oscar-nominated actress recently revealed that her little boy is growing up fast, telling Extra that Ryder has a bit of a crush on her gorgeous Nine co-star Penelope Cruz.

"He goes, ‘I saw Penelope in the lobby today,’” Kate says. “And I went, ‘Penelope?’ I would see him look at Penelope and you could see that he definitely recognized what a beautiful woman she is. He's so cute!”

Ryder's dad is Kate's ex-husband Chris Robinson.
