Celine Dion Is "Putting Lots Of Energy" Into Getting Pregnant

Celine Dion and husband René Angélil have decided to go ahead with their fourth in-vitro procedure after the disappointment of their recent failed attempt.

“We feel great, and we’re putting lots of energy into this,” Celine tells USA Today’s Marco. R. della Cava. “But having said that, we are parents already. We’d love to be blessed again, but it’s not like everything rises or falls on this news.”

The 41-year-old singer says that her son René-Charles, who will celebrate his ninth birthday next month, was very excited to be a big brother when Celine announced her pregnancy last summer. However, when the implantation didn’t take, she used the experience as a “teaching moment”:

I told him this is all about nature, and nothing in nature is 100% -- just look at the weather. I also said to him, ‘Look at what a fighter you were. You wanted to be in this world, and so here you are.’

Celine and René, 66, will celebrate their fifteenth wedding anniversary on December 17.
