Here's a way to get your kids to eat, moms: sit down with a huge plate of food making sure that no one else around has a plate. Start eating and watch them come out like roaches. It never fails in my house. They never want to eat what I put on their plates, but they'll eat all of mine!

My kids aren't worried about monsters under their beds. But I check under the beds every night after they are asleep, just to make sure.

Dear husband, yes I know I'm sick and I would love to be in bed, and I do appreciate that you care, but before you mindlessly nag me about it, remember that our child's ability to eat while I'm at work tomorrow depends on whether I can pump another four ounces tonight, and since she just ate an hour ago and I've shot my bodys entire moisture content out of my ass today, I need time to replenish first. When your boobies can magically spout milk on command, you can tell me what to do. Otherwise, cram it.
