Emmanuelle Seigner & Elvis Polanski: Switzerland Stroll

Roman Polanski’s wife Emmanuelle Seigner took their son Elvis Polanski out for a walk on Sunday (December 6) in Gstaad, Switzerland where Polanski is being held at their estate under house arrest.

Academy Award-winning director Roman Polanski is currently on house arrest for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 1977. Polanski was 43 at the time of the assault.

Seigner is Polanski’s third wife. The couple are also parents to daughter Morgane.

In 1969, Polanski’s second wife Sharon Tate, who was pregnant, was murdered by the Manson Family. After Tate’s murder, he was in a romantic relationship with Nastassja Kinski, when she was 15-years-old.

Cute. He looks like an over-sized Sadie Sandler.

I feel bad for this boy, it must be awful to know your father raped a young girl and now his father is in house arrest and hopefully will go to jail, so he will have to miss his dad for a while.

Finally, a picture of the child whose name Roman took from one of the people he admired the most, the late great Elvis Presley. Hopefully, the kid will grow up to be free of “inhibitions”, as has been the case with children of celebrities, or not, whose name was also a tribute to the rock icon.

There are so many, from so many regions and coluntries of the world, that book would have to be made of them, but the following Elvises, all extremely sucessful in their fields of endeavot, come to mind.

-Mitchell, US African-American film critic, formerly with the New York Times.
    -Brajkovic, retired Croatian football player.
    -Grbac, U.S-born former NFL quarterback.
    -Martínez, Venezuelan football (soccer) defender.
-Sinosic, Australian Mixed Martial Artist and UFC Veteran
    -Scoria, Croatian football manager.
    -Crespo, Puerto Rican Merengue singer,
-Stojko, former world champion figure skater from Canada.
-Perkins, singer/songwriter, son of actor Anthony Perkins.
-Pereira, Brazilian footballer, French rugby player,
-Hammond, Ghanaian footballer playing in Britain,
-Dumervil, African-American football player, currently a defensive end for the NFL’s Denver Broncos and
    -Knapman, Canadian race car driver.
This is in addition to those who changed their name, because of Elvis, like Elvis Costello, the UK singer and songwriter.
