Heidi Klum & Her Girls Hit The Grove

Heidi Klum and her daughters - Leni, 5 ½, and Lou, 8 weeks - hit The Grove in Los Angeles on Sunday (December 6). The 36-year-old supermodel held her newborn wrapped in a baby blanket while Leni walked ahead with a family member.

We were recently introduced to baby Lou in these great pictures.

Heidi and her husband Seal are also parents to two sons: 4-year-old Henry and 2 1/2-year-old Johan.
