Melissa Joan Hart recently posted this Twitter pic of her adorable boys Mason, 3 1/2, and Braydon 'Brady', 1 1/2, all bundled up and ready for some sledding. Looks like fun!

The former Sabrina star and her family recently made the move to the east coast from LA and the busy mom told People magazine, "We're still living out of boxes, but the boys are lovin' it. They've made friends, they're running around wild and having fun. Daddy's [Melissa's husband Mark Wilkerson] a little frazzled, but everything else is good."

Melissa will soon be back on the small screen opposite Joey Lawrence in a new sitcom on ABC Family.
