Nicole Richie, her partner Joel Madden and their daughter Harlow, 2 next month, were spotted leaving a Christmas party in North Hollywood on Sunday (December 13). Joel and Nicole are also parents to 3-month-old son, Sparrow.

It's great to see Nicole - with her new dark 'do - feeling better. The 28-year-old socialite was just hospitalized for pneumonia. Her rep recently said she is "doing well" after her stay at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
