Alias star Jennifer Garner picked up her sweet 4-year-old daughter Violet from preschool in Santa Monica on Tuesday (December 15). Violet - who looked adorable in her hat - made a star ornament in class today.

Yesterday morning as Jennifer dropped off Violet at school, police arrested her alleged stalker, Steven Burky, E! reports. He was found creeping around an alley near Violet's school, a typical paparazzi hangout. How scary!
