Tried, Tested & True: BABYBJÖRN Travel Crib Light

Looking for a crib that is perfect for travel, incredibly lightweight and easy to assemble? Well, look no further as the BABYBJÖRN Travel Crib Light is essential for parents looking for an alternative to a bulky Pack 'N Play. This travel crib is designed to grow with your child from the newborn stage right up to age 3 and is available in two gender friendly colours, blue and silver.

When I received this crib and opened the box, I was impressed with the compact carrying case as well as the lightness of the entire set (11 lbs). I was even able to set up the entire crib in a mere 30 seconds! A father in BABYBJÖRN Travel Crib Light competition was able to do so in 21 seconds making this one of the easiest on the market. The entire crib measures 32 x 44.8 x 24 inches when opened and 24 x 19.6 x 5.6 in when folded up.

For accidents or juice spills, the water-repellent mattress cover and soft outer fabric on the travel crib can be removed and machine washed if needed. All fabric parts (as well as the mattress cover) that come in contact with your baby or toddler have been approved in accordance with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 class 1 making it incredibly safe!

Our regular crib sheets fit the mattress just fine however BABYBJÖRN sells specially tailored fitted sheets made from soft organic cotton that are specifically designed to fit the mattress snug and secure.

After using this crib with my daughter for the last couple of months, it has become one of our favorite pieces of baby gear. The totable, suitcase sized case is compact enough to fit in your vehicle or under a seat and is light and easy to carry around. Once opened, I can easily carry it from room to room if need be and it has been extremely handy for "nap time" while on vacation or visits to friends and family.

I am a big travel freak and my fav destination is Italy. I first visited in 1996 and have been back every two years since. I think it should be the top travel destination and there are lots of cool vacation ideas on sites like dozenvacation.com so you will love it too!

Not bad, this travel crib seems pretty good especially with light-weight. 11lbs means you don't have to worry about the crib but the baby and carrying then becomes easier.

Looks pretty comfortable as well for the baby.
