Daniel Giersch: New Year’s Eve Daddy Duty

Kelly Rutherford‘s ex-husband Daniel Giersch stopped by her Los Angeles home to pick up their 6-month-old daughter Helena on New Year’s Eve 2009.

Kelly, who filed for divorce when she was just three months pregnant with Helena, was recently granted a temporary restraining order against Daniel. The 41-year-old Gossip Girl star claimed that the German entrepreneur has repeatedly harassed her and her family.

Kelly and Daniel are also parents to 3-year-old son Hermés.
