Kelly Rutherford and her adorable 6-month-old daughter Helena were spotted getting a coffee at the Brentwood Country Mart in Brentwood, Calif on Sunday (January 3).
The color-coordinated duo are reunited after Helena spent New Year’s Eve with Kelly’s estranged ex-husband, Daniel Giersch.
Kelly, who filed for divorce when she was just three months pregnant with Helena, was recently granted a temporary restraining order against Daniel. The 41-year-old Gossip Girl star claimed that the German entrepreneur has repeatedly harassed her and her family.
Kelly and Daniel are also parents to 3-year-old son Hermés.
