Adorable! Baby-wearing mama Rachel Griffiths showed off her beautiful daughter Clementine Grace, 6 months, as she made her way to a New Year's Day party in Sydney (January 1). They make a gorgeous pair!

The 41-year-old Brothers & Sisters star, who is married to Andrew Taylor, is also mom to son Banjo Patrick, 6, and daughter Adelaide Rose, 4.
